I agree with Kit. It is a pretty good way to show just how you make some of the food you talk about. And yes the quality is also pretty good too. Nice free stuff!
Great work and it looks tasty! The video quality is nice and you have good lighting. A tripod would definitely help, or maybe just have someone hold the camera steady for you.
Looking forward to "Cooking with Panda" on TV someday =)

yummm... i have two suggestions...
first: get a tripod and set your cam stationary so that you can cook freely without having to worry about it. you can pick one up for cheeeap..
second: invite me over to enjoy the cooking, i'll even bring my tripod and/or will film it! ;P
